Waleed A. AlMokbel CEO ROOF HOLDING
Waleed Almokbel is the Real Estate & Asset Management Manager at Alistithmar Capital, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading financial securities and brokerage firms. In his current role, he oversees the strategic management of private real estate investment funds and asset portfolios, while also contributing to broader executive mandates.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Real Estate Investments at Saudi Fransi Capital, where he played a key role in structuring and managing high-value real estate investment products. Waleed holds both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Troy University in Alabama, USA — credentials that, combined with his industry insight, have earned him recognition as a trusted financial leader in the sector.
He is also a committee member of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and was selected for the prestigious Future Leaders Program by Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority.
Hussam Alhuzaimi CO Founder of EVOLVE
Hussam Alhuzaimi brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality business development and strategic planning. He has worked with leading entities across the hospitality, tourism, sports, and culture sectors, gaining broad expertise through both public and private engagements.
Hussam holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Development and Operations from Victoria University in Australia and is PRINCE2 certified in project management. His background includes executive roles in events, culture, and tourism, and he has held senior leadership positions in some of Saudi Arabia’s most prestigious hotels, including Burj Rafal Kempinski, The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh, and The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah, where he served as Executive Assistant Manager and General Manager.
He also previously served as CEO of the Saudi Falcons Club, further expanding his leadership footprint across national initiatives.
Jamil Fakhri General Manager of EVOLVE
Jamil brings over 30 years of expertise in asset management, business development, strategic planning, and financial engineering. Throughout his career, he has led diverse projects across multiple sectors, building a well-rounded foundation in both operational and financial domains.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the American University of Beirut, an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance from École Supérieure des Affaires (France), and an Executive Master’s in Islamic Financial Management (XIFM) from Rotterdam Business School. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), bringing analytical depth and financial acumen to every engagement.
